After 28 years working for some of the finest companies in the construction business, and bidding over

$ 3 billion dollars in specialty construction work in the mechanical, industrial and millwright trades, I have decided to start my own services and technologies company.

My experience includes Project Management and Detailing, but the majority of my 28 years has been spent preparing construction cost estimates.

On the majority of projects bid we started out with only P&ID’s and General Arrangement drawings. Or in the case of the smaller projects the classic “waving of arms”, point, draw and estimate. We are very accustomed to developing complete estimates from very little information or what sometimes seems like almost too much information. The millwright estimating ability comes from personal experience and from working directly with millwright field superintendents, some of whom are the best in the industry.

Among the thousands of projects bid have included automotive alignment machines at the General Motors Plant in Arlington, Texas, the complete plant to produce Cementitious Fiberboard at the Temple Recon Plant in Waxahachie, Texas, projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates, recycle linerboard mills or as simple as the replacement of a Cooling Tower on the roof of a 30 story building in downtown Dallas, Texas.
